This product is not suitable for the following
- Tiles of any sort
- Unprimed plastic
- Bare aluminium (you will need a suitable etch primer)
- Untreated galvanised steel (Mordant solution first)
- A hot surface that reaches above 106 degrees (C) (you will need high temperature paints)

Step by step guide for a professional finish
- Good Preperation is paramount to a professional long lasting finish on any project.
- Lightly abrade your PVC plastic by hand with a fine grit sand paper or scotch brite pads
- Wipe down with a acetone based cleaner to remove dust dirt or any other contaminants
- Take time masking and papering the surround using non bleeding tape for clean cut lines
- Apply the First Coat making slow, steady passes giving the PVC a light mist coat
- Apply Additional Coats waiting 30 mins to 1 hour between
- Once you’ve completed your paint coatings, allow to dry for at least 24 hours before you use it
- In applications where the PVC could be scratched easily, wait up to a week before use
- Spray Applications will provide the best results using a spray gun or aerosol spray cans
Spray Application Guide
If applying with an air assisted or air assisted airless system - Use a 11-13 thou tip no thinners usually required. If thinning is necessary use around 10% Set air and paint pressures until good atomization is achieved and fingering (lines in the spray)
